Sold out since its very first edition, PEACOCK SOCIETY is a genuine favorite where a unique energy is installed with an audience driven by overwhelming support for the event: a multi format festival where each dancefloor is very different from the other, with cutting-edge stage design leading to immersive experiences and the creation of one of a kind universe so dear to WELOVEART's culture.
After more than 50 WELOVE events over the span of ten years which have gathered between 2 000 and 15 000 people in the capital's unusual and out of the ordinary spaces, since the secret We Love Acid parties, Aphex Twin's performance at Palais de Tokyo, the wild nights at Aquaboulevard, the events at the Grand Palais surrounded by works of contemporary art (Kapoor, Buren, Veilhan...), the integration of digital art on the dancefloor (1024 architecture, Superbien) and also an experience in the heart of nature with the We Love Green festival... WE LOVE ART finally gets the opportunity to offer a large scale electronic music festival.
While big sites are finally beginning to recognize electronic music as a culture in its own right, in 2013 the Parc Floral accepts the challenge: welcoming up to 30 000 people in this one-of-a-kind backdrop for a musical experience bringing together all the trends of the House Nation.

UN PUBLIC #BOUILLANT : JOIN THE GANG !
The Parc Floral: an inspiring and contrasting site
Hidden behind the largest woods in Paris, the Parc Floral’s big hall is a huge industrial warehouse in the Baltard architectural style that shelters two dancefloors with glass roof canopies. Through the layout of this venue built on a human scale, the audience is very close to the artists. Outdoor areas include an urban beach with a cozy open air stage, a forest where one can have fun or daydream, a club both edgy and compact in a detached house, a chill out space to relax and regain energy, a “street” with bars and catering (it’s a long night) and a big plaza devoted to street art.
The Peacock society, an open club
Inspired by British university clubs, the will of PEACOCK SOCIETY is to create and to bring together a community (“society”) under the peacock’s symbol, that spectacular animal which evokes a gang of extraverts, slightly crazy, somewhat on the margins. Our gang of party animals is quick to get involved through social media and at the festival. They’ve claimed our rallying cry: #bouillant... A hashtag spotted in the four corners of the world; from the Great Wall of China to the office kettle all the way to Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia’s salt desert.
Unprecedented and hi-tech stage design
More than ever, this year WELOVEART innovates with a very accomplished technological universe around each of the stages, collaborating with the teams behind SUPERBIEN and ALL ACCESS DESIGN, specialists in visual creation. A graphic and audio-responsive show (already tested on stage 1 last year) is deployed on three dancefloors. A transformed site with a sound, video and light set-up, thus creating a perfect harmony.
A central Street Art piece
Each year, there's a monumental collaboration with street artists that matches the festival's scale. Photographer J R was the guest of honor in 2014 with his Inside Out project. He covered the walls of the warehouse with portraits of festival-goers. This year, we welcome famous collective BLEU NOIR (http://bleunoirtattoo.com/), gang of Parisian tattoo artists who will deploy a central artwork on the festival's main plaza.
The "ADIDAS ORIGINALS" playground
1 500 square meters fully stage designed, a visual chill-out space where adidas Originals will welcome all of the #bouillants and TRAX Magazine's studio.
The Canadian illustrator Baptiste Alchourroun with a Dadaist universe is for the third consecutive year the creator of the festival's universe and pushes an ever so slightly borderline theme for the whole event revolving around masks.

Scène 3 - The outdoor scene makes a comeback through a partnership with Trax Magazine
We highlight two favorite labels for two allstars nights:
- Friday night with the promising Parisian label [RE]SOURCES will show us that bass music à la Française has never been so vibrant
Saturday, we're headed for ROBERT JOHNSON, Frankfurt's legendary club with its entire team turning up for the occasion.
Scène 4 - The RESIDENT ADVISOR club
N°1 electronic media outlet in Europe with a digger approach to all time favorites, newcomers and underground stars. We had the shared desire to shine a light on them through a scene dedicated to the vanguard of techno.
AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCTION
Since its first edition in 2013, PEACOCK SOCIETY follows environmentally friendly guidelines for its production, as part of an ongoing process of continued development and innovation. Inspired by the experience and expertise acquired through WE LOVE GREEN (a committed and pioneering festival with COP21 certification), we are setting-up a number of actions.
